Overview
Lucy is based in our Edinburgh office.
Based in Edinburgh, Lucy is our HR Manager, providing support and guidance and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational activities, strategic planning and delivery of HR initiatives, processes, practices and procedures, globally.
Prior to joining HW Anderson, she held various consulting roles within the recruitment industry.
Lucy holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Strathclyde University and is an Associate Member of the CIPD. She is currently studying towards a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.
