Douglas leads our Dubai office and plays a key role in expanding our presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. As a senior leader in our Global Commodities Practice, he brings deep expertise and a strong track record in Oil and Bulk commodities, alongside experience in the energy transition markets. He is also responsible for building and strengthening relationships with Private Equity firms and Sovereign Wealth Funds across the GCC.
His approach to executive search is based on transparency and tailored to the needs of both clients and candidates.
Douglas joined HW Anderson in 2016 after earning an Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Aberdeen. Before relocating to the UAE, he was based in our Edinburgh office.
