Based in Edinburgh, Nicola is our Head of Human Resources. She joined the firm in 2017, with a remit to implement formal HR structures and, crucially, create a learning and development structure. Since her appointment, Nicola has overseen the development of a competency framework that has provided our consultants with the structure and clarity they need to accelerate their career development in a controllable and consistent manner. Furthermore, Nicola’s coaching, guidance, and support has ensured we continue to benefit from an incredibly low turnover rate in a field as traditionally volatile as Executive Search. Whilst based in the UK, Nicola’s role is global in remit and transcends Human Resources to include a range of responsibilities typically within the remit of a COO. In 2020, she completed her Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management, and she is currently a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
